Generalized anxiety disorder is one of the types of anxiety disorder where the person experiences chronic feelings of nervousness and worrying. It is different from a phobia where fear is usually related to a particular situation or thing. On the other hand, generalized anxiety disorder is more link the feeling of intense aside and side effects your entire life. Compared to a panic attack this type of anxiety disorder is not so intense. The only difference is that it tends to last longer which makes it difficult for a person to have a normal life.
